My journey to uni might sound very similar to those of other fresh out of school students this year, but personally I think I worked a lot harder to get here.

Having family restrictions, financial issues and moving out of Australia twice last year, meant I had to work extra head to not only stay on top of my studies but to get to where I am now.

The days before receiving our ATARs were the worst because I know I tried my best weren't sure if it was was enough to get me into uni.

But when I finally got my score and it was really high, I was brought to tears because no one will know how hard I worked to get here but only that I got into uni."
