"It has been a long and challenging journey with these old shoes. Starting in Geraldton these shoes have brought me over 400kms to study at this exceptional building. It has been through it all with me through thick and thin. Experiencing the many times that I have wondered the levels of the 'Hogwarts' like Architecture building and navigating my way through the maze that is Curtin University.

These old sneakers are a representation of my life and are an item of my experiences. In a sense, they have become a part of me which is why I am glad to leave them Here at the foot of room 201 building. The foot of my next journey."
